
The Borgo Dinners Are Back: A New Event Blending History and Flavor
We are delighted to invite you to the next edition of our Cene al Borgo, a unique experience to discover the charm and authentic flavors of the Venetian lagoon.
The star of the evening will be Dorona di Venezia, the golden wine of the Doges. This indigenous grape variety has been cultivated in the lagoon since the 15th century, with roots that delve into the salty soils of the Venetian islands, giving it a distinctive mineral and enveloping character—perfect to accompany an entire meal. For this special occasion, we have crafted a menu designed to enhance its qualities, pairing it with ingredients and flavors typical of our region.
📅 The dinner will take place on March 27 at 7:30 PM at Relais Alberti, in the heart of the ancient Borgo of Malamocco. The intimate atmosphere of our Sala del Camino will make the evening even more special.
For those who wish to extend this immersive experience, it will be possible to stay overnight at Relais Alberti, with a special rate reserved for dinner guests. A unique opportunity to fully embrace the magic and tranquility of the borgo, surrounded by history, taste, and relaxation.
